About Health Call
Health Call is a multispecialty clinic that began operating in Dubai Healthcare City in 2007. Its services included home, workplace and hotel visits, alongside treatments such as IV therapy and oxygen therapy.
The clinic wanted more qualified organic traffic, better rankings for its treatment searches and more enquiries from people already looking for those services.
What we worked on
We reviewed the website and selected 15 priority keywords. Ten were core commercial searches and five were supporting terms where the clinic had a realistic opportunity to gain visibility.
The work covered:
- keyword research based on treatments and local search intent
- clearer service-page content using the language patients search for
- on-page titles, headings and internal links
- technical and page-speed recommendations
- relevant link acquisition to support authority
The campaign was measured against rankings, organic traffic and enquiries. Rankings alone were not treated as the final result.
Reported SEO results
After three months, organic traffic had increased by about 38%. Most of the tracked keywords were reported in Google’s top five, including local searches around IV therapy and oxygen therapy.
These are historical campaign results, not a promise that every healthcare website will grow at the same rate. Competition, website condition, location and the clinic’s ability to respond to enquiries all affect the outcome.
What healthcare businesses can learn from this case study
Healthcare SEO works best when each treatment has a useful page, local relevance is clear and medical claims are handled carefully. Patients need plain answers about the service, who it is for, where it is available and how to book.
For a clinic, the useful conversion measures are calls, appointment requests and qualified enquiries. Traffic is valuable only when it reaches people who may genuinely need the service.
