1. What Outdoor Advertising Options are there in Dubai / UAE?

Dubai offers a wide range of options for outdoor advertising since maximum people are either walking on the roads or traveling through their cars, metro, public buses, taxis, trams, etc. Major options include the hoardings (billboards), bridge banners, lamp posts, megacoms, uni-poles, rooftop banners, metro & tram advertising, taxi, bus, truck advertisements, airport ads, Malls, ENOC petrol pumps ads.

2. How much does Outdoor Advertising Cost?

The cost depends on various factors like the type of outdoor media, duration, the location you choose. The cost range starts from AED 1500 for renting one taxi for a month to AED 2,000,000 per month for hoarding on Sheikh Zayed Road. A small hoarding can be rented for as low as AED 80,000 in Deira or Bur Dubai Area. The lesser the renting duration, the lesser will be the total cost. Renting duration could be from 2 weeks, a month, 3 months, 6 months or a year too.

3. What is the duration for Outdoor Advertising?

The duration for renting is a minimum of two- weeks for some mediums like lampposts, buses, & one month for bigger mediums such as bridge banners, hoardings, megacoms.

4. What is the process of booking Outdoor Ads?

The process is very simple. It requires the client to produce – the company’s trade license, VAT certificate, along with the artwork to be promoted. Due permissions from the Dubai Economic Department, Municipality is also mandatory to get the artwork approved. The artwork should be in both Arabic & English. These formalities are taken care of by the service provider company.
